Participant: The individual completing this acceptance form.

1. Program Overview

The Calm Code is a 12-month immersion program starting 1 April 2026, designed to guide participants through a complete nervous system reset, identity upgrade, and emotional empowerment journey.

Your membership includes:

• Weekly live group sessions via Zoom (breathwork + meditation)
• Fortnightly hot seat coaching calls
• Private WhatsApp community for daily support
• Access to the Calm Library Vault (resources, tools & audio drops)
• Monthly masterclasses
• Quarterly deep-dive workshops
• Monthly personal reflection workbooks
• Energy & nervous system reset audio series
• VIP Founding Member Bonus: one 1:1 session with Chris or Linda (first 3 members)
• All session recordings for on-demand replay
• Lifetime access to the Founding Member Portal

All amounts are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

4. Refund Policy

The 7-day guarantee applies to both payment options. If you do not feel a genuine shift within your first 7 days, contact us at info@chrindaevents.com for a full refund — no questions asked.

After the 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable regardless of payment option. By joining, you are committing to the full 12-month program. Weekly payments will continue for the full 52-week term. There is no early cancellation option once the 7-day window has passed.

5. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to: engage respectfully with the community; keep all shared content confidential; attend sessions in a private, safe environment; take personal responsibility for your own wellbeing and transformation.

6. Chrinda Events Responsibilities

We commit to: delivering all program inclusions as described; maintaining the privacy of your personal information; holding a safe, inclusive, and supportive space; and providing at least 7 days' notice of any scheduling changes.

7. Health Disclaimer

The Calm Code is a coaching and breathwork program and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. By participating, you confirm that you are in suitable physical and mental health to engage in breathwork and emotional coaching. If you have any concerns, please consult a qualified health professional before joining.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, recordings, workbooks, and content remain the intellectual property of Chrinda Events. You are licensed to use them for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing content outside the program is not permitted.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of delivering the program. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting info@chrindaevents.com.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith; if resolution is not possible, the courts of Victoria will have jurisdiction.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Chrinda Events regarding your participation in The Calm Code. By ticking the checkbox below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms above.

Your electronic acceptance below has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature under Australian electronic transactions law.
