What actually happens

Inside a 1:1 Session

A private breathwork and meditation session with Chris & Linda is unlike anything you've experienced before. It's not a class. It's not a consultation. It's a dedicated hour of guided, intentional practice shaped entirely around you.

We use conscious connected breathing, somatic awareness, and guided meditation to help your nervous system drop from fight-or-flight into rest. Many people experience emotional release, deep physical relaxation, or a clarity they haven't felt in months. All within a single session.

We open with a grounded check-in. What are you carrying today? What are you hoping to release, discover, or feel? This shapes everything that follows.

Chris leads you through a personalised breathwork sequence, from gentle regulation techniques to more activating patterns, depending on where your body needs to go.

Guided Meditation & Integration

Linda guides a meditation anchored to your intention, helping you absorb the shift that breathwork creates and land it somewhere meaningful in your body and mind.

During your first session

The body remembers how to soften.

Most people feel the physical release before anything else: a loosening in the chest, warmth in the hands, tears that arrive without warning. This isn't weakness. This is the body finally feeling safe enough to let go.

In the 24–48 hours after

The clarity arrives.

Sleep often deepens. Noise quiets. Many clients describe a spaciousness in their thinking. Like someone turned the volume down on the anxiety that had been running in the background for years.

Across a multi-session journey (4–8 sessions)

The patterns begin to change.

This is where the deeper work happens. Old stories about who you are, how you cope, what you're capable of. They start to shift. We work with the RAI Method (Regulate · Activate · Integrate) to help you build a new relationship with your nervous system that lasts well beyond our sessions.

Long term

You become your own anchor.

The goal is never dependency. We're here to give you tools, practices, and an embodied understanding of your own nervous system, so that you carry calm with you everywhere and come back to it when life gets hard.

Between us, we bring experience in conscious breathwork facilitation, trauma-informed practice, somatic work, and guided meditation. Every session is held with care, skill, and deep respect for where you are.
